Brice and Jill were responsive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable from start to finish. We began our relocation process by meeting with four different companies, and Brice and Jill were the only ones we met with who had a positive outlook on our home. They were assisting us by recommending cosmetic improvements to the property in order improve marketability, but were also cognizant of our budget and cost constraints. We felt very positive about them as a team from the first day we met them. From a marketing perspective, Brice was acutely aware of how home buyers look for properties today and made sure to maximize our online visibility. We received three showing requests in the first 7-10 days and received two offers shortly thereafter. Brice was able to keep us informed in a timely manner, he was available at all times during the day (and evening) to answer questions, and we felt that he was as invested as we were in selling the property. Brice and Jill were recommended to us by a close friend, and it turned out to be the best recommendation we could have received. We had a unique situation with an employment relocation, and they were very detail-oriented when it came to that process. In summation, would recommend Brice and Jill to all that are looking to buy or sell a home in the Syracuse market.

Jill and Brice were not only personable, but very professional. They answered every question I had regarding the sale of my home. I was a little apprehensive about the selling process, but they walked me through every step and were very supportive. I appreciated their promptness and was very impressed with their responsiveness.
