I engaged Jill and Brice to sell my dad's house after he passed away. They made a painful situation less painful.Very professional, they were able to quickly assess the value of the house - understanding its plusses and minuses. Knowing that we wanted to sell quickly, they recommend a fair price (more than we anticipated). We had an offer in one day. I understand that this is atypical...but...one day. In order to coordinate with a buyer's realtor like that shows their strong network ties.Highly recommended.
