Brice was very personable and easy to contact. He always for right back to us if he could not answer the phone. He made sure both myself and my wife were in the loop in communications even if we were at work separately. He went above and beyond to see things through even after a deal was made to make sure the house closed is as timely a manner as the selling agent and lawyers would allow. This was our second time working with Brice and have recommended or family to use him when they begin the search for a home to purchase
